Relayer API

The relayer submits withdrawals so your wallet never signs them. The proof binds recipient, fee, relayer and mint, so it can refuse a request but never redirect one.

POST /api/relayer/relayProof fields as hex, plus recipient or recipientOwnerSignature, size
